In powerPoint, if you put a sound that the file is not there in that computer you cannot play the sound but if you put it and save it in there you can play your sound and you will not embarrass. You will choose options and click on General tab, then you will put the size of the file, you can put 5000kb, if you want to you can put more than that it depend on the file how much large or long is it. But if you already added the sound like you made it at home but you sent it by your mail then you can delete the file then insert again from sounds and movies and the file should be saved in that computer, that is the only way you can play it.
